💫 Changed your mind?

We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t feel quite right. If you’ve changed your mind about a physical product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it

Just email us at hello@educationstartsathome.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

• We do not accept returns or refunds for digital downloads. All digital purchases are final, so please double-check your cart before checking out.
• Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

🚛 Damaged or incorrect order?

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us straight away with photos so we can make it right. We want you and your little learner to be 100% happy.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item? The easiest way is to return the original and place a new order. That way, it gets to you faster and with less back and forth.

💸 When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider might take a little longer to show it on your statement, so give it a few extra days. If it’s been more than 15 business days and you haven’t seen your refund, reach out to us at hello@educationstartsathome.com and we’ll help track it down.
