Taste-safe Icebergs

Taste-safe Iceberg Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of Gelatin 
  • 3 cups of boiling water
  • 1 cup of Milk

Method:

Find a large, shallow dish. Dissolve your gelatine in the boiling water inside this dish. Stir for a few minutes to ensure no lumps. Once slightly cooled, add in the milk. Stir again to ensure it is evenly mixed with the gelatine. Place in the fridge overnight to set.
