4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars).
  • Payments are processed securely via Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & AfterPay.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days
  • We currently ship within New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. 
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
  • Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@educationstartsathome.com within 7 days of receiving the package.

6. Refunds & Returns

Physical Products (Hardcopy Learn with Me Cards)

  • We accept returns only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • To request a return, contact hello@educationstartsathome.com with your order details.

Digital Products (Printable Flashcards & Digital Toddler Cards)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
  • If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us for support.

  • We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that the information on our website is error-free or complete.
